      Each bundle includes all the required AS1428.1-compliant components, tailored to suit your selected fit-out. You’ll find a detailed list of inclusions in every product description – no surprises, just everything you need.

      Are your bundles AS1428.1 compliant?

Yes. Every component is carefully selected to meet AS1428.1 standards. Compliance isn’t optional – it’s built in, so you can install with confidence.

Can I customize my bundle?

Our bundles are pre-curated for compliance and simplicity - but yes, customisation is available. Want to swap an item, add extras, or remove something? Just reach out, and we’ll tailor it to fit your space.

Why are your bundles based on 32mm grab rail diameter – and can I request 25mm?

Our bundles feature 32mm grab rails, helping meet AS1428.1 standards for grip and safety. While 25mm is permitted and often chosen for residential spaces due to their slimmer profile, 32mm remains preferred for broader installations. If you prefer 25mm, we’re happy to customise – just let us know.

What if I need help choosing the right bundle?

Do you offer installation?

No, ACCESS & CO. is supply-only. Installation isn’t included, but we email product specifications and installation guides with every bundle. This gives your installer everything needed for a compliant fit-out – no sourcing or guesswork required.

Is Braille Signage included?

Yes, it’s included in all Accessible and Ambulant Toilet Bundles for commercial compliance. For residential projects, it’s optional – just let us know if you’d like it excluded.

We’ll confirm the correct type based on your setup: ambulant or accessible, unisex, male, female, left or right-hand, and whether a shower is included. Shower and Basin Bundles don’t include signage, as it’s typically covered in the toilet bundles.

Can I order now and pay later, and how do I track my order?

Yes. Simply submit your order with your details, site info, preferred delivery date, and delivery method (pickup or delivery). No payment is required at checkout. We’ll be in touch within one business day to confirm everything with you directly. Once confirmed, you can finalise your order and arrange full payment - including any applicable delivery fees.

We don’t use automated tracking – instead, we keep it personal. Once your order is prepped, we’ll give you a follow-up call closer to the scheduled date to ensure everything’s on track for delivery or pickup. You’ll always know what’s happening and when. If you ever have a question, just give us a call.

ACCESS & CO. is Melbourne-based and delivers across metropolitan Melbourne. Delivery to other parts of Victoria may be available depending on the size and type of your order. Just get in touch to confirm availability and delivery options for your area. We'll check with our suppliers and provide the best solution for your location.
